This particular floor plan suits areas with a moderate usage and offers two unisex cubicles with their own hand basin plus one disabled toilet cubicle. The hand basins used are stainless steel and suitable in areas with known vandal activity. Although nothing is indestructible, the specifications and high quality steel products and will tolerate a hard life.

The cubicle doors can be fitted with ‘stainless steel socks’ custom built to suit any door openings. All doors are fitted with three hinges and open outwards instead of inwards. All plumbing is hidden in the walls and cisterns are located in a lockable services duct. For ease of transport after the building is prefabricated on the factory floor, the services duct and verandah are detachable, reducing the need for special escorts.

The roof line is tailor designed to suit alpine conditions with strong winds.
