The Comstock floor plan was designed for compact living, or holiday accommodation. The Comstock offers a separate bedroom with sleeping accommodations for a further 4 people. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, well laid out separate bathroom. The lounge room opens onto a north facing sun deck. The Comstock arrives on site in two major sections which clip together and are fastened onto our skid floor system. All apartments are fully furnished and fitted with all light fittings, kitchen starter pack and linen. The Comstock is a stunning compact apartment at a tiny price.
