The Sedgewick is perfect for entertaining with its feature floor to ceiling folding doors which lead onto the massive deck. The floor plan offers separate master bedroom, plus sleep accommodations for a further 5 guests. Also included is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, separate bathroom, all furniture and linen. The deck measures 2m x 6m and with the roof overhang sheltering part of the deck, outdoor barbeques are no problem in any weather. The apartment is delivered in two sections which are joined once on site. The overall footprint measures 6mx 8m including deck. Other features include solar hot water service, rainwater and grey water tanks, all light fittings and an opportunity to enjoy the great outdoors in true luxury.
